The “how to” of craigslist

A few years ago I was looking for a place to post ads. I was selling a website. I found a site that seemed very simple, maybe too simple, however, this simplicity was inversely proportional to its popularity. Since then and until now this site has grown continuously and has increased its popularity. The site I am talking about is craigslist. A site started as a hobby and turned into a real business.

Amazed by the success of this site I wanted to know more about it and about its founder. This is how I reached clhandbook.com, a website that presents in detail all the important aspects of craigslist. Here I found the story of Craig Newmark, the guy who founded craigslist. Also I found some interesting details about craigslist’s development. The expansion was not easy and it took several years to cover areas which are now on site.

On clhandbook.com I also found suggestions on how to write a successful ad on craigslist and the related posting precaution. There are also presented a few cases of fraud that have resulted in arrests. This makes me believe that craigslist is as safe as possible.

There are so many things to say about craigslist, too many for us to summarize a single article. For more about craigslist we recommend you to visit clhandbook.com, the “how to” of craigslist.
